Your appointments are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 48 hours notice: 30% of the service total will be charged. Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service total will be charged. No-call / No-show: 100% of the service total will be charged. This policy helps me ensure I can accommodate all clients and respect everyone’s time.
